Your Quick-Start Checklist

 

1. Register on this website — Some pages require a free homeowner registration. Sign up here to access the full resident portal, documents, and directory.
2. Set up your Kirkpatrick account — Kirkpatrick Management Company handles HOA dues, architectural requests, and community management. Register at the Kirkpatrick portal to set up payments and manage your account.
3. Pay your HOA dues — Dues are managed through Kirkpatrick. You can pay online through the portal or set up autopay for convenience.
4. Save your utility contacts — Visit our Utilities page for a full list of providers for trash, water, electric, gas, and sewer service.
5. Know your trash schedule — Trash pickup is every Monday morning. Recycling is every other Monday. Bins may be placed at the end of your driveway Sunday evening and must be brought in by Tuesday.
6. Learn the neighborhood rules — Familiarize yourself with our Governing Documents, particularly the CCRs and Architectural Standards. These outline what's expected of homeowners and what requires Board approval before making exterior changes.
7. Submit an ACC request before any exterior project — Planning to add a fence, change your paint color, or make any visible exterior modification? Visit our Home Improvement Projects page to submit a request before work begins.
