Meet Your Board Members
The Waterman Farms HOA Board is made up of dedicated residents who volunteer their time to advocate for the well-being of our neighborhood. The Board works closely with our management company, Kirkpatrick, to handle the day-to-day needs of the community. This includes enforcing covenants and approving architectural requests to managing finances and planning for the future.
Board members serve staggered three-year terms, and new members are elected at our Annual Meeting held each February or March. Per our covenants, a quorum of homeowners is required to hold the vote, so your attendance matters!
