Home Improvement Projects

Thinking about making changes to the exterior of your home or property? Great! We just ask that you get approval first to comply with our CCRs. That's where the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) comes in.

The ACC is a committee of the Waterman Farms HOA Board responsible for reviewing and approving exterior modifications to homes and properties in the neighborhood. Its purpose is simple: to maintain the consistent look, quality, and value of our community. Whether you're planning to add a fence, replace a roof, install a patio, change your paint color, redo your landscaping, or make any other visible exterior change, an ACC request is required before work begins.

The process is straightforward. Download and complete the appropriate form below, then submit it to our Community Association Manager (dhofmann@ekirkpatrick.com) at Kirkpatrick for review. The Board will respond in a timely manner with approval or feedback.

Please do not begin any exterior work until you have received written approval.
