The Waterman Farms HOA Board is supported by a team of resident committees. These committees allow neighbors to get involved, contribute their talents, and help shape the community we all share. Committee members may include Board members, or residents who work alongside the Board, to bring ideas to life — from neighborhood events to special projects and beyond.

Special Projects Committee
Committee Chair: Tim Clark
The Special Projects Committee tackles the big-picture initiatives that fall outside the scope of day-to-day HOA operations. Whether it's a neighborhood improvement project, a capital investment, or a one-time community initiative, this committee researches options, coordinates with vendors, and brings recommendations to the Board for approval.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Identifying and researching neighborhood improvement opportunities
- Presenting recommendations to Board for approval
- Overseeing project execution and acting as a liaison to homeowners
Social Committee
Chair: OPEN — We Need You!
The Social Committee is the heartbeat of Waterman Farms community life. This committee plans and executes neighborhood events throughout the year with one simple goal: bring neighbors together and make Waterman Farms a place where people feel connected.
We are currently looking for a Social Committee Chair to fill this role. No prior HOA experience is required — just enthusiasm and a love for the neighborhood!
Responsibilities May Include:
- Planning and organizing community events throughout the year (garage sales, holiday gatherings, food truck nights, seasonal celebrations, and more)
- Building and leading a small team of volunteer helpers
- Coordinating with the Board on event logistics, budgets, and communications
- Promoting events through the HOA website, NextDoor, and Facebook
- Collecting resident feedback to keep events fun and well-attended
