Waterman Farms & Noblesville FAQ’s

  • chevron_rightDo we have a neighborhood police officer I can call?
The Noblesville Police Department's Non-Emergency phone number is 317-773-1300. For all emergencies, always call 911.

Sgt. Matt McGovern is our neighborhood police officer contact and here is any information needed for contacting Matt.
Resident Brian Regan is our local Crime Watch captain and you can also ask Suzie at Kirkpatrick or the Board to get in touch with him if you cannot reach Matt.

Finally, our local patrol officer is Garrett Anderson who can be reached at 317-776-6340 for any tips or help.
  • chevron_rightMy mailbox is broken, my trash bin is damaged or one of the street trees are dead. Who do I call?
For mailbox repairs, you may contact Mailbox Solutions 317.460.1010 or Otto's Streetscapes 1.800.888.7996 and they can help you with your community mailbox needs.

For dead trees, they are property of the city rather than the neighborhood. If you want them to remove it (and replace), you need to call Street Dept- urban forester Vince Baker: 317-776-6348 Ext. 4015. Do note that while they can remove them right away, replacements can take up to a year depending on funding and your place in line.

For damaged trash and recycling bins or information regarding trash pick-up schedules, call Republic Services at 317-567-6400.
  • chevron_rightWho are our utility companies and how do I get in touch with them?
As of 2019, most residents spend about $54.71 a month on trash, recycling, and sewage. Trash comes every Tuesday morning and Recycling comes every other Tuesday morning. Bins can be sat at the end of your driveway on Monday and must be put away by Wednesday.

From the City of Noblesville's website:
"Trash service for City of Noblesville residents is billed through the Utilities Department. For unresolved issues regarding trash pick-up, contact the Noblesville Street Department at 317-776-6348. All trash billing questions should be directed to the Noblesville Utilities Department at 317-776-6353."
The auto-pay option is set up here: Noblesville Utilities Pay Direct

Additionally, our area uses American Water https://amwater.com/ for water (800-492-8373) and Duke Energy https://www.duke-energy.com/home for electricity (800-521-2232).

Finally, our local US Post Office is located at 1900 Pleasant Street and their hours are 8:30am-7:30pm Monday-Friday with more limited availability on Saturday. Their number is (317) 773-9775.

  • chevron_rightWhat is an HOA Board? Who serves on it? Can I?
The HOA board is a group of at least 3 committed residents (but no more than 5) who are advocates for the welfare of Waterman Farms. They are in constant communication as volunteers, not just with each other, but also with our management company, Kirkpatrick. Our covenants require a quorum at our annual meeting (in February or March each year) in order to vote new board members on. If you'd like information about serving yourself or you know someone who would be a good fit, email the Board at watermanfarmsnoblesville@gmail.com or see our contact page.

Currently those serving (at various points in a 3 year term) are:
    Jill Crehan: President
    Mike Thomas: Architectural Standards Director
    Katie Lanter: Secretary
    Alex Samuel: Treasurer

  • chevron_rightI couldn’t make it to our HOA annual meeting. Can I still know what they talked about?
Yes! While we did not meet quorum to conduct official business or vote, we still discussed important updates. You can email us to request an audio recording of that meeting which took place at Promise Road Elementary on Tuesday March 3rd from 6:30-8:30pm. If you have questions on what took place, please feel free to email Suzie at Kirkpatrick or watermanfarmsnoblesville@gmail.com. The minutes from the 2020 HOA Annual Meeting can be found with our other important files on our documents page!

  • chevron_rightAre there other ways (like social media) to stay connected?
Absolutely! While these are not official HOA platforms like this website and Kirkpatrick, it never hurts to be in touch with other neighbors on NextDoor & Facebook. Both of these have apps for download on Google Play & Apple App Stores, and both will need you to create an account. Once you login, just search for our neighborhood and request to join if necessary.
